Who we are

MetabolicFoods.com is operated by 22ONLINE LTD (“we,” “us,” or “MetabolicFoods”). This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how it is stored and used.

What we collect

The only personal data we knowingly and directly collect is the email address you provide if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter. We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or any other personal information anywhere on this site. We do not currently use analytics, advertising trackers, visitor accounts, or ordinary visitor cookies.

Separately, the hosting and infrastructure providers that deliver this website to you may necessarily process limited technical information as a normal part of serving any website — such as IP address, browser or device information, request timestamps, and security or server logs. This happens at the infrastructure level rather than through anything we build into the site, and we have not yet finalized or verified the specific production hosting provider or its data-handling practices; this policy will be updated once that is confirmed.

Why we collect it

We use your email address solely to send you the MetabolicFoods newsletter and to manage your subscription status. You provide this email voluntarily by submitting the subscription form — we do not purchase, rent, or import email addresses from any other source, and we do not use your email for any purpose beyond newsletter delivery and subscription management.

How your data is stored

Subscriber email addresses are stored in Supabase, our database infrastructure provider, which hosts this data in the West EU (Ireland) region (AWS eu-west-1). Supabase acts as our data processor for this purpose. Access to subscriber data is restricted at the database level: our website can add a new subscription, process an unsubscribe request, and nothing else — it cannot read, list, or export subscriber emails.

How long we keep it

While your subscription is active, we retain your email address for as long as needed to continue sending the newsletter. If you unsubscribe, we do not delete your email address outright — we retain only the minimum information reasonably necessary to honor your opt-out and make sure we don’t email you again or accidentally re-subscribe you. If you later choose to subscribe again using the same email address, your subscription is simply reactivated.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe mechanism provided with newsletter communications once newsletters are being sent — no account or login is required. In the meantime, or for any question about your subscription, contact us directly at hello@metabolicfoods.com. To ask a question about your data, request more information about what we hold, or make any other privacy-related request, use the same address.

What we don’t currently do

We do not currently use analytics or tracking tools of any kind on this site. We do not offer visitor accounts or profiles. We do not set cookies for ordinary visitors browsing the site. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. If any of this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.
