Ingredients
- 2½ cups (612g) plain Greek yogurt (lowfat)
- 1 cup (152g) strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup (148g) blueberries
- ½ cup (40g) rolled oats
- ¼ cup (35g) almonds, chopped
- 2 tbsp (24g) chia seeds
- 2 tbsp (42g) honey
Instructions
- 1Toast the rolled oats and chopped almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes, stirring often, until lightly golden and fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- 2Divide the Greek yogurt among 4 bowls.
- 3Top each bowl with sliced strawberries and blueberries.
- 4Sprinkle the toasted oat-almond mixture and chia seeds over each bowl.
- 5Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
