Ingredients
- 2 cups (162g) rolled oats
- 4 tbsp (48g) chia seeds
- 2 cups (488g) reduced-fat (2%) milk
- 1 cup (245g) plain Greek yogurt (2%)
- 1 tbsp (21g) honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (152g) strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup (148g) blueberries
Instructions
- 1In a large bowl or jar, whisk together the rolled oats, chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until combined.
- 2Divide the mixture among 4 jars or airtight containers.
- 3Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until the oats have softened and the mixture has thickened.
- 4Before serving, top each jar with sliced strawberries and blueberries.
